The job interview in English is an increasingly common practice in companies. Whether it is multinational companies, where English is the usual language of communication, or as a way to check the level of English for job applicants, the English interview is part of the selection process many companies.

The operation of an interview in English is very similar to the one of the habitual interview of work, although in the case of the interviews in work in English the primordial thing is to demonstrate the level of knowledge and of dominion of the language (so much in compression as in expression, Since it is of no use to understand what the interviewer asks if he is not able to respond coherently).

1. A.   Definition and short description.

An interview is an exchange of ideas, opinions through a conversation between one, two or more people where an interviewer is the one designated to ask. All those present in the talk dialogue in pursuit of a specific question posed by the professional. Many times, spontaneity and modern journalism lead to a free dialogue, generating topics of debate as the talk flows.

Todos aquellos presentes en la charla dialogan en pos de una cuestión determinada planteada por el profesional. Muchas veces la espontaneidad y el periodismo moderno llevan a que se dialogue libremente generando temas de debate surgidos a medida que la charla fluye”.
